Returns are not accepted for any reason. All sales (collars, leashes, accessories, crate tags, sculptures) are final, no refunds, no exceptions. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason that was my fault, I will take the erroneous product back and redo it from start to finish - this is most often for sizing reasons. I will comp shipping both ways. Sometimes this means a full erroneous custom will go into the Ready to Ship section, typically at a discount.

It would break my heart to know that one of my custom collars would need to be resold for any reason, but please feel free to list them as preloved in any collar groups if the need arises.

I can only offer repairs on webbing (or cork adhering to webbing) related issues, which I am happy to repair for a $15 fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case unless within 60 days of receipt, which suggests bad stitching. Please contact me via Facebook or email if there is a known issue with your purchase.

Once cork is damaged via a needle or sharp scissor, it cannot be repaired or put back together. Cork products are sent to you without any such defects. D2K9 is not responsible for any damages due to use or misuse.

I ship to all US states and to Canada. All products (including sculptures) are shipped with tracking and covered by insurance in the event of loss by the shipping service. Insurance requires me to wait 90 days in order to file a claim, to allow for the shipping service to potentially locate the item.

Cost for shipping is weight-dependent, ranging from $5-$18 for all domestic orders with an option to upgrade to UPS for an additional fee (especially useful to those of you living in non-metro areas). Adding multiple items to cart will trigger an additional fee of $4 to compensate for the additional weight. I do not profit off the shipping cost, this is what these services cost me to ship to you. Canadian orders will always ship via UPS.

Most custom orders (including sculptures) take about 3-5 weeks from date of order. In the case of collars, shipping is dependent on your detailing invoice being paid. NO CUSTOM COLLAR will ship until the detailing invoice is paid.

Most semi-customs take about 2 weeks unless I do not have the cork on hand already. All Ready to Ships will ship out next business day.

Additional delay factors include, as I mentioned above: my current cork/webbing supply. I am wholly dependent on my suppliers getting product to me on time, I do my best, but sometimes a delay cannot be avoided.
