Returns are not accepted for any reason. All sales (collars, leashes, accessories, crate tags, sculptures) are final, no refunds, no exceptions.

It would break my heart to know that one of my collars would need to be resold for any reason, but please feel free to list them as preloved in any collar groups if the need arises.

I can only offer repairs on webbing (or cork adhering to webbing) related issues, which I am happy to repair for a $15 fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case unless within 60 days of receipt, which suggests bad stitching. Please contact me via Facebook or email if there is a known issue with your purchase.

Once cork is damaged via a needle or sharp scissor, it cannot be repaired or put back together. Cork products are sent to you without any such defects. D2K9 is not responsible for any damages due to use or misuse.

I ship to all US states and to Canada. All products (including sculptures) are shipped with tracking and covered by insurance in the event of loss by the shipping service. Cost for shipping is weight-dependent, ranging from $3-$15 for all domestic orders with an option to upgrade to UPS for an additional fee (especially useful to those of you living in non-metro areas). Adding multiple items to cart will trigger an additional fee of $4 to compensate for the additional weight. I do not profit off the shipping cost, this is what these services cost me to ship to you. Canadian orders will always ship via UPS.

Most custom orders (including sculptures) take about 3-4 weeks from date of order. This is, of course, subject to change. Please see the waitlist for current processing time. The longer the list, the longer things will take me.

Most premades take about 2 weeks.

Additional delay factors include my current cork/webbing supply. The pandemic impacted my ability to receive some colors from overseas; wait times can be extreme (8+ weeks) if this is the case for you, I will be in contact.
