Mythical Deep Sea Kelpie Crochet Soft Sculpture
In Scottish folklore, this demon would appear to humans as a landbound horse, entice them to ride on its back and then carry them to a watery grave. It is also described as a human shape-shifter in some tales, passed down to keep children from approaching dangerous waters.
Luckily for you, this one is made from stash Merino wool yarn and will do you no harm <3
She is very large, measuring 27” L from longest tail tip to hoof (less when curled), 14” D at her tail and 4” D at her hips. Approximately 6-7” T from elbow to forehead. Fully wired and poseable. Eyes are hand-painted hard plastic.
