The Solar Flare Collar
Available in 2”, and 2.5”, all double layered by default.
The customization form will ask for an overall width; make sure you choose your answer with the double layer included. For example, if you want a 2” collar, you’d choose 2”, which makes the main panel 1.5”.

2” version will be altered due to lack of vertical space, but will maintain the same rainbow tendril design as shown.
