Divine beasts were huge mechanical beasts created by the Sheikah tribe in order to aid the Hylian hero and the goddess, Zelda, in sealing away Calamity Ganon before the events of Breath of the Wild. They are puzzle-mazes, designed to be piloted by four warrior-champions across Hyrule, who all ultimately perished in the revival of Calamity Ganon.
